About the Role

As our HR Manager, you build the people foundation of a fast-scaling company. You run recruitment, manage contracts and compliance, shape onboarding and performance, and protect the culture as we grow. You are the person every team member can turn to, and the person who makes sure OneClick hires and keeps the best people. You own people matters; payroll payments stay with Finance, and company and bank paperwork stays with the office administration.

Responsibilities

- Run the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers - Build a pipeline of strong candidates as OneClick opens new roles across departments - Prepare and manage employment contracts and all people-related HR paperwork - Ensure full compliance with Algerian labor law and social declarations (CNAS and related obligations) - Run smooth onboarding for new hires and proper offboarding when people leave - Set up and run the performance review process across the company - Be the first point of contact for team members on people matters — listen, support, and resolve - Build and maintain HR policies and the employee handbook - Protect and shape a healthy, motivating company culture as the team grows - Provide the people inputs for payroll (Finance handles the payments) and keep accurate HR records

Requirements

- University degree - 3+ years' experience in human resources, recruitment, or people operations - Solid knowledge of Algerian labor law, contracts, and social declarations (CNAS) - Strong recruitment and sourcing skills — you know how to find and attract good people - Trilingual: Arabic, French, and good English - Excellent interpersonal skills — fair, warm, and trusted by the team - High discretion with confidential and sensitive information - Organized and reliable — you keep clean records and never miss a deadline or obligation Nice to have: experience building an HR function from the ground up; background in a startup or fast-scaling environment; familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
