E-Payment Service: A secure electronic payment method that enables users to complete transactions digitally. EDAHAIBA Card: A payment card issued by Algeria Post, used for electronic transactions. CIB Card: A bank-issued card used for secure online payments. SATIM: The national payment gateway responsible for processing payments made through EDAHABIA and CIB cards. User: Any individual or business entity utilizing the services of OneClickDz. Mobile Top-up: A service that allows users to add credit or airtime to a mobile phone number. Digital Products: Virtual items or services that can be purchased and delivered electronically, including but not limited to game cards, gift cards, and streaming service subscriptions.

4. Payment & Transactions

Payments must be made using the methods available on our website, including EDAHABIA and CIB Cards. SATIM is responsible for processing payments made through EDAHABIA and CIB cards. Users are responsible for all applicable payment fees. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Some payments may be flagged for verification due to potential fraud risks. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product or service at all times.

5. Cancellation and Return Policy

Please refer to our full Refund Policy for detailed information regarding cancellations, returns, and complaints. Below is a summary: The user is entitled to a refund if the company does not provide the card code to the registered email or via the application. Digital products cannot be returned or claimed. If the user receives an invalid product, the company will refund the amount or send the correct code. A complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of the order, along with video proof.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

OneClickDz is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer, including errors in email addresses or phone numbers. The company is not liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of digital products after delivery. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchasing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
