Our policy on returns and refunds for digital services.

Introduction
This policy details the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted for OneClickDz services and digital products.
Refund Eligibility
The user is entitled to a refund if the company does not provide the card code to the registered email or via the application.
Invalid Product Handling
If the user receives an invalid product, the company will refund the amount or send the correct code. A complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of the order, along with video proof.
Non-refundable Cases
Digital products cannot be returned or claimed once correctly delivered. All cards are digital and cannot be returned or refunded after purchase unless explicitly proven invalid at the time of delivery.
Technical Limitations
The company is not responsible for technical errors or problems in using the code in the seller's store once the code has been successfully verified.
