About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role. You set the marketing strategy and you execute it: campaigns, paid ads, content, social media, brand, and growth. You manage our creative agency as your delivery arm, you own the numbers, and you are the single person accountable for how OneClick reaches and converts its customers — both B2C and B2B.

Responsibilities

- Define the marketing strategy across all product lines: top-ups, gift cards, gaming, eSIM, travel, marketplace, and the Super App - Build and run the go-to-market plan for each launch — positioning, messaging, channels, and timing - Own both B2C (consumers) and B2B (resellers, agencies, merchants) marketing - Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok - Extend to Google and other channels as needed, managing budget against return - Own the performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, conversion, and funnel efficiency - Own social media strategy and the content calendar across all platforms - Direct the creative and advertising agency — brief them, review their work, hold them to standards - Own brand consistency and positioning across everything OneClick puts out - Report marketing performance and growth clearly to the CEO on a regular cadence

Requirements

- University degree - 3+ years' experience in marketing, growth, or digital marketing - Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads — planning, running, and optimizing campaigns yourself - Strong strategic thinking — you can build a marketing plan, not just execute tasks - Comfortable owning a budget and being measured on results (CAC, ROAS, conversion) - Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or content creators - Trilingual: Arabic, French, and strong English — able to create and review content in Arabic and French - Data-literate — you read analytics and make decisions from numbers - Organized, reliable, and able to run a department independently Nice to have: background in fintech, telecom, payments, or e-commerce; experience marketing both B2C and B2B; experience launching new products; familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
