Partnerships Manager
Build the partnerships that put OneClick's services into the hands of businesses across Algeria — travel agencies, hotels, merchants, and factories.
About the Role
As our Partnerships Manager, you bring organizations on board as OneClick partners. You help travel agencies and hotels offer our travel services, eSIM, airtime, and rewards to their own clients. You help factories and merchants adopt OneClick's services and payment solutions for their operations. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who loves building long-term alliances, not chasing one-off sales. You find the partners, you build the relationships, and you grow them over time.
Responsibilities
- Partner with travel agencies and hotels so they can offer OneClick's travel services, eSIM, and airtime to their clients - Bring our rewards system and the wider OneClick ecosystem to their customers - Partner with factories and manufacturers to adopt OneClick's services and payment solutions for their operations - Bring merchants on board to use and offer the OneClick ecosystem - Find, research, and approach the right partners yourself — build and own a strong pipeline - Present OneClick and its services clearly and credibly, in person and remotely - Agree partnership terms — commissions, pricing, and conditions — within an approved framework - Onboard new partners and make sure they start using OneClick quickly and smoothly - Stay close to every partner — keep them active, supported, and expanding their use of OneClick over time - Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline and report progress to the CEO regularly
Requirements
- University degree - 2+ years' experience in partnerships, B2B relationships, business development, or sales - A natural relationship-builder — people trust you and want to work with you - Strong communication and the ability to explain a service simply and convincingly - Comfortable agreeing terms and conditions, fairly and within a clear framework - Trilingual: Arabic, French, and good English - Self-driven and reliable — you manage your own pipeline and follow through every time - Comfortable being measured on results and rewarded for performance Nice to have: an existing network in travel, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or telecom in Algeria; background in fintech, telecom, payments, or e-commerce; a valid driving license and ability to travel to meet partners; familiarity with CRM tools.
