About the Role

As a Product Owner at OneClick, you take full ownership of one of our products — for example eSIM, travel, marketplace, or payments — and you are the single person accountable for whether it is good, works reliably, and succeeds. You sit between our suppliers, our technical team, and our commercial teams, and you turn an opportunity into a product our customers love. You may start with one product and take on more as you prove yourself.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate, select, and manage the suppliers and providers behind your product, and agree commercial terms - Own the technical integration with the engineering team: provisioning, activation, and the full end-to-end flow - Be the first point of contact when something breaks with a supplier, and drive it to resolution - Define what the product offers — features, plans, and how it works for the customer - Set pricing tiers in coordination with Finance to protect margins - Shape both the B2C offer (end customers) and the B2B offer (resellers, agencies, partners) where relevant - Map and own the full customer journey: discovery, purchase, activation, and use - Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria so the team builds the right thing - Own the product roadmap: prioritize what gets built next based on data and business value - After launch, track the metrics that matter (usage, conversion, failure rates, margins) and iterate - Coordinate with Marketing on timing and with the commercial teams on rollout — without owning their work

Requirements

- University degree - 2+ years in product management, product ownership, or a strong technical/business hybrid role - Comfortable working closely with developers — you understand APIs, integrations, and technical constraints without needing to code - Strong with suppliers and partners — agreeing terms and managing relationships - Data-literate — you read usage metrics, conversion rates, and margins, and decide from them - Trilingual: Arabic, French, and strong English (essential for international supplier documentation and tools) - Highly organized — you write clear specifications and keep a roadmap people trust - Ownership mindset — when the product breaks, you feel it is your problem to fix Nice to have: background in fintech, telecom, payments, travel-tech, or e-commerce; experience launching a product from zero to live; familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or Figma.
